A person sees facts from an issue only when Jira grants them Browse Projects on it, and issue security levels are respected.
Setup
A Jira admin installs the Sentra app from the Atlassian Marketplace listing provided during onboarding.
Using it from agents
Everything Sentra learns from Jira is available to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and internal agents through the Sentra MCP server and the REST API, with the same access rules applied to every request.
