Using Sentra:
1. List the Initiatives the company has named recently.
2. For each, compute mention intensity per week across all surfaces — meetings, threads, docs.
3. Flag any Initiative whose intensity in the last 30 days is below its 90-day median minus one standard deviation.
4. For each flagged Initiative, identify the named owner, the last material Decision, and the most recent positive signal Sentra has seen.
Output:
- Sorted list: Initiative · owner · trend chart sparkline (text) · last meaningful date.
- For the top three: one paragraph on what happened (was it descoped, blocked, deprioritized?), citing the Decision or the absence of one.
