Sentra for Google Meet, Zoom and Teams meetings
The Sentra meeting bot joins calls on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and turns what was decided into facts that connect to the email, chat and systems that follow.
What Sentra syncs
- Meeting transcripts and summaries
- Attendees, used to enforce access
- Calendar events from Google Calendar or Outlook, used to schedule the bot
How it syncs
Sentra reads each person's calendar to know which meetings to join. Transcripts arrive by webhook when a meeting ends and are processed straight into memory.
Permissions Sentra requests
Google Calendar: calendar.events.readonly, calendar.freebusy and calendar.settings.readonly, plus calendar.events to add the bot. Outlook: Calendars.ReadWrite, MailboxSettings.Read and User.Read.
Who can see what
Admins see the organization's meetings except private meetings they did not attend. Members see meetings they attended. Typing @sentra private keeps a meeting out of company memory.
Setup
Each person connects their calendar in Sentra and chooses which meetings the bot joins.
Using it from agents
Everything Sentra learns from Google Meet, Zoom and Teams meetings is available to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and internal agents through the Sentra MCP server and the REST API, with the same access rules applied to every request.
