Permissions Sentra requests
chat.messages.readonly and chat.spaces.readonly, with read-only admin scopes to list spaces across the domain.

A person only sees facts from spaces they are a member of.
Setup
Enabled with the Sentra team during onboarding, alongside Gmail and Drive.
Using it from agents
Everything Sentra learns from Google Chat is available to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and internal agents through the Sentra MCP server and the REST API, with the same access rules applied to every request.
