Sentra for Google Drive
Sentra reads the documents in Google Drive, including Gemini meeting notes, and keeps what they say alongside the conversations and systems that changed it.

How it syncs
Sentra scans Drive every 15 minutes through Google Workspace domain-wide delegation, so new and edited documents reach memory within the quarter hour.
Permissions Sentra requests
drive.readonly. Sentra cannot edit, move or delete files.
Who can see what
Facts from a document follow that document's Drive sharing. If a person cannot open the file in Drive, Sentra will not show them what it says.
Setup
Google Drive is enabled with the Sentra team during onboarding, after your Workspace admin grants domain-wide delegation.
Using it from agents
Everything Sentra learns from Google Drive is available to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and internal agents through the Sentra MCP server and the REST API, with the same access rules applied to every request.
