Sentra for Microsoft Teams
Sentra reads Microsoft Teams chats and joins Teams meetings, so Microsoft 365 companies get the same memory as Slack and Google companies.
What Sentra syncs

- Teams meeting transcripts and summaries, through the Sentra meeting bot
How it syncs
Chats sync hourly with an hourly access sweep. Meetings arrive as soon as the bot finishes processing.
Permissions Sentra requests
Microsoft Graph application permissions Chat.Read.All, ChatMember.Read.All and User.Read.All, all read-only.
Who can see what
A person only sees facts from chats they are a member of. If membership data is out of date, Sentra denies access rather than guessing.
Setup
Teams chat is connected with the Sentra team during onboarding, after your Microsoft 365 admin consents.
Using it from agents
Everything Sentra learns from Microsoft Teams is available to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and internal agents through the Sentra MCP server and the REST API, with the same access rules applied to every request.
