Google Agentspace Alternatives (2026): What Replaced It and the Best Options
Comparison · October 2026 · 5 min read
TL;DR
Google Agentspace is now part of Gemini Enterprise. Google introduced Gemini Enterprise in October 2025 as the home for its enterprise search, assistant and agents, and partners report Agentspace stopped being sold as a separate product at the end of 2025. If you are evaluating Agentspace today, you are evaluating Gemini Enterprise, which starts at $21 per seat per month on the Business edition. The best alternatives depend on what you need. Sentra is the managed organization memory and the best choice when agents from several vendors need one shared, current memory of what the company decided. Glean is the strongest pure enterprise search, Microsoft 365 Copilot fits companies standardized on Microsoft, Amazon Quick fits AWS shops, and Atlassian Rovo and Notion AI fit teams already living in those tools.
What happened to Google Agentspace?
Google announced Gemini Enterprise in October 2025 and folded Agentspace's search, assistant and agent capabilities into it. Partner write-ups report that Agentspace was no longer sold separately after 31 December 2025 and that existing contracts were not affected. In September 2026 Google also renamed its no-code agent builder, Agent Designer, to Workflow Builder.
Gemini Enterprise editions, per Google:
- Business: from $21 per seat per month, up to 300 seats.
- Standard and Plus: from $30 per seat per month, unlimited seats, with the ability to bring your own agents built with Google's Agent Development Kit or third-party agents.
- Pay-as-you-go: no seat fee for 20 or more seats, in limited rollout.

Why teams look for Agentspace alternatives
- They are not a Google-first company. Much of their work lives in Slack, Microsoft 365, Jira or a CRM.
- They need agents from several vendors to agree. Gemini Enterprise can register outside agents, but each assistant still answers from what it can search, not from one shared record of decisions.
- They need to know what changed. Search finds the newest document; it does not track when a decision was reversed.
- They want published, simpler pricing for a smaller team.
The best Google Agentspace alternatives
- Sentra. The managed organization memory for teams and AI agents. Instead of searching documents when asked, Sentra reads Slack, email, meetings, calendars and project tools, resolves them into facts with their source and the date they changed, and serves the same memory to people in Slack and to any agent over MCP and REST, including agents inside Gemini, Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT. Team plan listed at $16 per user per month and currently free as a launch special; Enterprise custom.
- Glean. Enterprise AI search and agents across more than 275 connectors, with permission-aware answers and A2A support for calling third-party agents. Pricing is not published.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot. AI across Microsoft 365 grounded in Microsoft Graph and 100+ connectors, with agents built in Copilot Studio, which supports both MCP and A2A. $30 per user per month for enterprise, per Microsoft.
- Amazon Quick. AWS describes Quick Suite as the next evolution of Amazon Q Business. Plans run from a free tier to Enterprise at $40 per user per month plus a $250 monthly infrastructure fee, per AWS.
- ChatGPT Enterprise with company knowledge. OpenAI's company knowledge plugin searches connected apps such as Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive and GitHub with citations and each user's permissions.
- Atlassian Rovo. AI search, chat and agents across Jira, Confluence and connected tools, included in Atlassian cloud plans as monthly credits, with a generally available Rovo MCP server.
- Notion AI. Notion's workspace AI with connectors to Slack, Google Drive, SharePoint, GitHub and more on Business ($20 per member per month) and Enterprise plans.

How to choose
- Your agents come from several vendors and must agree on decisions, customers and owners: Sentra, alongside whichever assistant your employees prefer.
- You run on Google Workspace and want one vendor: Gemini Enterprise.
- Your main problem is finding documents across many tools: Glean.
- You run on Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- You run on AWS: Amazon Quick.
- Your team lives in Jira and Confluence or in Notion: Atlassian Rovo or Notion AI.
The decision rule: suite assistants are best at searching what was written inside their own ecosystem. If you need every agent to act on what is true now, across every tool, add a shared memory layer.
